The agent for unsettled PSV Eindhoven defender Carlos Salcido has shot down rumours linking the Mexico star with a move to Argentina - but says his client could very well move on the continent this winter.
Farmers manager Huub Stevens recently told the Dutch press that he was aware of Salcido's desire to find a new club and that he would not stand in the way of a departure.
"He has interest all over Europe," Lyle Yorks told Soccer365. "He also has potential loan options, but he will not be going to South America. If he does ever leave Europe, I'm sure it would be to return to Mexico."
He did admit, though, that the defender very well might make a winter change in shirts. "It could go down (in January)," said Yorks.
Salcido, who has been linked to the likes of Aston Villa, Atlético Madrid and Schalke this year, arrived at PSV from CD Guadalajara in 2006 and has won two Eredivisie titles in a row.
