Hodgson: Has confirmed his squad for Euro 2012
Manchester United striker Welbeck and Liverpool full-back Johnson have both been struggling with injury since linking up with England, having been named in the initial squad earlier this month.
Hodgson had admitted concerns about the pair, but after talks with the Three Lions medical team, they have both been included.
England have also confirmed their squad numbers for the tournament in Poland and Ukraine.
