Mazzarri: Targets victory over Juventus

Both sides have started the season in impressive fashion, winning six and drawing one of their opening seven matches.

Juventus' unbeaten run goes back even further, 46 league matches to be precise, a record which started with a 2-2 draw against Napoli in May 2011, and they have never been beaten in their new Juventus Stadium home.

Mazzarri will be looking for his side to make history tomorrow, even if the Turin side held Chelsea to a 2-2 draw away from home in the Champions League.

"Not even the champions of Europe, Chelsea, beat Juve - they are really strong," Mazzarri told La Repubblica newspaper.

"But we can cause problems to anybody."

Lazio and Inter Milan are the pair's two closest rivals four points back, while the likes of Roma, Fiorentina and Catania are trailing eight points adrift of the league leaders.

AC Milan are already 12 points off the summit, which makes their trip to Lazio on Saturday night all the more important.

"It is going to be a very difficult game and a very important one for us, given all the problems we have," general manager Adriano Galliani told Sky television.

"We then have another crucial match against Malaga a few days later."

Roma's trip to Genoa on Sunday night will see coach Zdenek Zeman's hard-line approach of dropping Daniele De Rossi and Pablo Osvaldo put to the test once again.

Elsewhere, Inter host a Catania side who have only lost twice this season and picked up a point at the San Siro against the Nerazzurri last term, while Fiorentina travel to Chievo.

Sunday's lunchtime game takes place in Sardinia where Cagliari host Bologna, while bottom-three dwellers Atalanta and Siena meet in Bergamo on Sunday afternoon.

Finally, Palermo host Torino, Parma meet Sampdoria and Udinese host Pescara.
