The German Football Association (DFB) general secretary Helmut Sandrock reached an agreement with Germany captain Philipp Lahm on the same sums as were offered for qualifying for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
Every national team player will receive 20,000 euros per appearance, although the money will be withheld until Germany have successfully qualified for the tournament.
Non-qualification would result in no bonuses being paid to Joachim Low's squad.
"I am pleased that we have been able to reach an agreement so quickly and easily," said DFB president Wolfgang Niersbach.
"This shows once again how our relationship with the senior team is built on trust."
