Former L.A. Galaxy Reserve defender Greg Folk will kick off a week-long audition with Belgian top flighters Tubize on Tuesday.

The 21-year old recently spent some time working out with Bundesliga outfit Cologne, but this visit will provide him more of an opportunity to land a contract.

"Everyone seems excited for this one to work out," Folk told Soccer365. "The trial starts tomorrow for a week."

"They have me scheduled in for a reserve match to take a further look at me in a game situation."

While he is arriving to earn a contract offer, the former UCLA Bruin is unsure at this time which job in particular he's after.

"I haven't heard yet whether or not they need a right back or they are just looking for extra depth at the position," said Folk.

Tubize stand 15th in the Jupiler League ahead of Saturday's intimidating visit to second place Anderlecht.
